Silicone tubing has a useful life unmatched by any other known process tubing. It resists temperature extremes, ozone, corona, radiation, moisture, compression set, weathering and most chemical attack. Moreover, silicone imparts no taste or odor to fluids transported within it. Silicone tubing withstands repeated autoclaving and resists the adherence of blood products and other sanitary liquids.
