The "Flare-Thru" technology leads the industry in fitting design with continued innovation and refinement of our current product offerings. The Flare-Thru fitting system feature a one piece PTFE fluoropolymer liner that offers many advantages over conventional fitting attachment methods.

Conveyed media only conies into contact with ultra pure FDA approved PTFE tubing inner-core from end to end! The tubing is extended through the fittings and is flared over the sealing surfaces and provides the user with the ultimate in chemical resistance and assured purity.

Standard PFA fluoropolymer encapsulated or solid gaskets are used to interface with metallic or dissimilar plastic piping systems. This design provides a low cost sacrificial consumable gasket over other designs that use the base material for sealing. This feature is highly desirable on assemblies that are frequently connected and disconnection and exposed to potential mechanical damage.

Higher flow rates. With less pressure drop. The "Flare-Thru" fitting design provides equal inside diameter to hose ID. Lower pump pressures may be used to obtain same flow rates of conventional barb fitting assemblies.
