Fittings are manufactured completely compatible with existing tube fitting designs. All 'wetted' surfaces of the tube fittings are machined from Type 316L stainless steel. Consult us for other material availability. All fittings are designed for the full ID hose assemblies. Therefore, after the fitting stem is inserted into the fluoropolymer tube. the resultant inside diameter matches identically with the tubing ID. Tube fittings also feature a straight through bore-eliminating the step or dam effect. Coupled with a smooth internal surface finish these fittings:

• Minimize pressure drop.
  
• Offer superior flow rates.
  
• Eliminate turbulence and subsequent erosive action.
  
• Facilitate cleaning/purging.
  
• Rated to full operating pressure of the hose
  Compression tube fittings, O-ring and vacuum style male and female fittings are described on the next two pages. Available in Type 316L stainless steel, these fittings mate exactly with existing industry designs.
