Fluid Conditioning Gaskets
Fluid conditioning gaskets provide particulate elimination to protect fill and finish sterile pro ducts. A full range of stainless steel mesh and filter cloth is available (20 micron through mesh ).

Metallic screens are in stock for all particulate removal needs in your injectable filled product, chromatography, columns, filtration, downstream or upstream pa rt iculate removal. Perforated. screen and orifice fluid conditioning gaskets, removable discs and holders are also available .

Self-Draining Orifice Plates
Offered in an eccentrically self draining configuration, the Orifice Pl ate prevents dead legs. volume hold up and maintains Don while assuring drainage thereby eliminating the potential for soil retention. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel. 1/2" through 4". in both concentric and eccentric designs.
Orifice Plates adjust flow rates, balance backflow and equalize pressure during S.I.P. procedures while maintaining sanitary conditions.

Tabbed Orifice Plates are also available in I". 1.1/2", 2" and 3" designs. Ml orifice plates can be electro-polish finished. For more information, see: Think Eccentrically

The Perfect Surface Gasket System
The problems associated with over- or under-tightening a gasket are eliminated by the perfect union of Torque-Rite and the Platinum Cured Perfect Surface Gasket. The self-limiting Torque-Rite allows you to control compression and expansion w hile maintaining constant inch/pounds force assuring a Perfect Surface ID when used with a Platinum Cured Perfect Surface Gasket. An over - tight end ed gasket extruding into the pipe prevents draining and aliens deposits to build up behind the gasket. An under-tightened gasket may allow leakage and forms a concave surface affecting free drainage and cleaning (illustrated below). By maintaining a constant force, gasket ID is maintained lowering bacteria count, eliminating product or CIP retention and enhancing product integrity.

Compression Control is Easy!
When tightened, the self-limiting internal mechanism, Torque-Rite will make an audible "click" signaling the user they have reached proper inch/pounds force. If further tightening is attempted, there will be more "clicks" but no additional application of force on the gasket (if emergency conditions arise, the Torque-Rite has a built-in manual override feature).
